1 lemon, sliced | |
2 tbsp olive oil | |

1. | Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. |
2. | Rub salmon fillet with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper. |
3. | Cut the woody end off the asparagus and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper. |
4. | Lay sliced lemon on top of the salmon. |
5. | Grill the salmon for about 10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. |
6. | Grill the asparagus for about 6 minutes or until charred. |
