Ingredients

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 cup fresh raspberry , divided ( I have used frozen , thawed )
2 medium fresh unpeeled peaches , halved and pitted ( about 10 oz )
vegetable oil cooking spray

Instructions

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5.Lightly coat the grill grates with vegetable oil cooking spray.
6.Place the peaches, cut side down on the grill.
7.Grill for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
8.Flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
9.Remove the peaches from the grill and top with remaining raspberries.
10.Drizzle with the remaining brown sugar mixture and serve immediately.
