Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs ground lamb , ground from shoulder meat which is most flavorful
feta cheese , sliced
1 red onion , sliced and separated into rings
4 buns

Instructions

1.Preheat the grill to high heat.
2.In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb and salt well. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and form into patties.

4.Toast the buns on the grill for about 30-40 seconds or until lightly browned.
5.Place the patty on the bottom half of the bun and top with sliced feta cheese and onion rings. Add the top bun.
