1 can pineapple tidbits , drained and liquid reserved
1 1/2 cups chicken broth , about
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 small red bell pepper , cored , seeded and diced
6 whole allspice berries ( optional )
2 green onions , chopped or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime , cut into 4 wedges

Instructions
