2 tablespoons coriander ( chopped )
1 dried red chili pepper ( seeded & finely chopped )
1 tablespoon sesame seeds ( toasted-optional )
jasmine rice ( steamed )

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic, brown sugar, fish sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, coriander, and red chili pepper.

3.Thread the lamb strips onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.
