Ingredients

2 boneless skinless salmon fillets
1 red chili pepper , deseeded and finely chopped
3/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
1 lime , halved , for serving
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 1/2 ounces water
1 onion , chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger , finely chopped
1 garlic clove , thinly sliced
4 ounces basmati rice

Instructions

1.Preheat your grill to high heat.
