Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped thyme, honey, salt and pepper.
2.Pour the marinade into a resealable plastic bag and add the chicken breasts. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least an hour, or up to 24 hours.
3.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4.Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
5.Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
6.Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
