Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lemons, zested and juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
2.Pour marinade into a large resealable bag.
3.Add chicken breasts, seal bag, and massage to coat chicken in marinade.
4.Allow chicken to marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
5.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
6.Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
7.Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
8.Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
