3 tbsp fresh lemon juice | |
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary | |
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme | |
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. | Preheat grill to medium-high heat |
2. | In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper |
3. | Brush chicken breasts with marinade mixture |
4. | Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through |
