Ingredients

1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
1 cup boiling water
1 pound skinless , boneless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves cloves garlic , minced
1 red onion , minced
2 cans artichoke bottoms , drained and chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese , or to taste

Instructions

1.Soak porcini mushrooms in boiling water for 30 minutes.
