1 pound small new potatoes , cut into quarters
2 pounds uncooked shrimp , peeled and deveined
1 pound kielbasa sausage , sliced
2 ears corn , cut in half
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 lemon , cut into 4 wedges

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5.Place the foil packets on the grill, covering and cooking for about 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
6.Take the foil packets off the grill and open them carefully. Serve with crusty bread and hot sauce if desired.
