1 onion , chopped
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 green bell pepper , seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms , drained
1 cup process cheese sauce
2 packages corn tortilla chips

Instructions
