Instructions

1.In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together egg yolks and caster sugar until thick and pale.

7.Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
8.Sift a generous amount of green tea powder over the mascarpone mixture.
9.Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
10.Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
11.Just before serving, sift more green tea powder over the top of the tiramisu.
