Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C)
2.In a skillet, melt butter, add and sauté onions until translucent
3.Add cooked rice, broccoli, ½ of the grated cheese, and low-fat milk to the skillet mixture
4.Mix and spread the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
5.Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese melted
