Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

5.Repeat layering with remaining tortillas, chicken, onion mixture, 1/3 of enchilada sauce, Monterey Jack cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
6.Top with remaining enchilada sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.
7.Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes more.
