450 g green beans , cut into 2 . 5 cm pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
125 g cashews
2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seed
15 curry leaves
2 1/2 cm fresh ginger , grated
2 green chilies
100 g fresh coconut , shaved
1 teaspoon sugar
1 lime , juice of
fresh coriander , to garnish

Instructions

7.Add the cashews and stir well.
8.Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
