Ingredients

2/3 cup blueberries
2/3 cup blackberry
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups Greek yogurt , plain 2 % reduced-fat ( sometimes I use vanilla )

Instructions

1.In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, blackberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice.
2.Bring to a simmer and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until the berries are soft and the sauce begins to thicken.
3.Remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted and fully incorporated.
4.Place 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt in each of four bowls or glasses. Spoon the warm berry sauce overtop and serve immediately.
