Ingredients

6 tablespoons strong coffee
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
14 ladyfingers ( you may need a few more )
8 ounces mascarpone
1/3 cup confectioners ' sugar
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt ( must be Greek style nonfat yogurt )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce dark chocolate , finely grated

Instructions

1.In a shallow dish, combine the coffee and Grand Marnier.
2.Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Then place it in a single layer in an 8-inch square dish, breaking some of the ladyfingers in half to fit properly.
3.In a medium bowl, whisk together the mascarpone, confectioners' sugar, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4.Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers in the dish.
5.Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
6.Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7.Just before serving, sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top of the tiramisu.
