20 fresh spinach leaves ( stems removed and coarsely chopped )
1 small red onion , thinly sliced
1/2 cup kalamata olive , sliced ( or use black olives )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C ).
2.Spread pizza sauce on crust leaving a small border around the edge.
3.Add the shredded kasseri cheese, crumbled feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and sliced olives over pizza sauce.
4.Add spinach, onion slices, and balsamic vinegar on top.
5.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.
