Ingredients

1 egg , room temperature , and separated
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried dill ( optional )
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup cooked spinach , well drained and chopped ( squeeze out any excess water with hands )
4 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine , melted

Instructions

1.Preheat your waffle maker.

7.Gently fold the egg white into the batter to make it light and fluffy.
8.Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray and pour some batter onto it and cook until they're golden brown and crispy. Repeat until you’ve used up all the batter.
