1 1/2 lbs lamb , ground
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
2 eggs

2 bunch fresh spinach , chopped or boxes frozen spinach , chopped , thawed
1 egg , beaten
1 1/2 cups feta cheese , crumbled
1/4 cup black Greek olive , pitted , coarsely chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Tabasco sauce ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, hamburger, eggs, milk, quick oats, salt, cumin, pepper, garlic, parsley, and oil.

4.Rinse and chop the spinach, removing any tough stems.
5.In another bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, olives, ketchup, cinnamon, parmesan cheese, and beaten egg.
6.Take a 9x5 inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan and press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of the pan.
7.Make a well in the middle of the meat mixture and add the spinach filling.
8.Top with the remaining meat mixture and press it down to seal the edges.
9.Bake for 1 hour.
10.Remove from the oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
11.Slice the meatloaf and enjoy!
