8 ounces farfalle pasta
1 small red onion , chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach , thawed and squeezed dry
1 container ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons dried all purpose Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 jar alfredo sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Greek Spinach Pasta Bake is a one-pot meal that is both easy and delicious. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse under cold water and drain. Set aside.
3.In a large bowl, combine the chopped red onion, spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, Greek seasoning, and lemon zest.
4.Spread a third of the alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
5.Add drained pasta and top it with the spinach and ricotta mixture.
6.Add the remaining alfredo sauce and water on top of that mixture.
7.Sprinkle with feta cheese.
8.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
