PROS

This appetizer is quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for last-minute gatherings or events.

The combination of tangy feta cheese, salty kalamata olives, and fresh vegetables will satisfy even picky eaters.

CONS

The use of flour tortillas makes this appetizer less healthy than a traditional Greek Salad, as the tortillas are higher in calories and carbohydrates.

It may also not be suitable for those with gluten sensitivities.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Despite its less-than-healthy ingredients, this appetizer does provide some nutrition benefits.
For example, the spinach leaves are high in iron and vitamin K, while the tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.
As with any dish, moderation is key to enjoying the health benefits without overindulging in the less-healthy ingredients.
