Ingredients

5 -6 potatoes ( I like red with skins )
1 small onion ( chopped fine )
1/2 cup canola oil
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoons minced garlic ( I use the ready type in the jar )
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
