1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried mint
1/2 tablespoon Morton nature seasons seasoning blend
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

1.In a medium-sized saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
2.Add the tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried mint, nature seasons, and nutmeg to the saucepan.

4.While the sauce is simmering, rinse the peas under cold water and drain.
