17 1/2 ounces ground lamb
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 large garlic cloves , crushed
1 tablespoon mint , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high. Mix all ingredients and portion out meat into 16 pieces.
2.Mold each portion around the top of a skewer to make a sausage shape about 4 inches long, leaving a small gap at the base of the skewer.
3.If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before grilling. Grill the lamb for 10 minutes. Turn gently with tongs and cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
