9 ounces lean ground lamb

3/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

9 no-boil lasagna noodles

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375F.
2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and swirl to coat.

5.Add lamb and beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until browned.

8.Coat a 9x13 inch lasagna pan with cooking spray. Spoon 1/2 cup of the tomato mixture into the bottom of the pan. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the ricotta mixture, and 1/2 of the remaining tomato mixture. Repeat layering, and top with feta cheese.
9.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
