4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon paprika , ground

Instructions

2.Shape the mixture into meatballs using your hands, making about 24-26 meatballs.
3.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
4.Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
5.In the same skillet, add the remaining onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
6.Add the canned tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and paprika to the skillet. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
7.Return the meatballs to the skillet and let simmer in the tomato sauce for an additional 10 minutes.
