Ingredients

1 package lemon gelatin or ( 3 ounce ) package pineapple gelatin mix
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 lb peach , drained and diced
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 package jell-o orange gelatin
1 cup orange juice
2 cups Greek yogurt ( sour cream can be subbed )
2 bananas , sliced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts , toasted and roughly chopped

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, mix the lemon or pineapple gelatin mix with 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.

3.In a separate bowl, mix the orange gelatin mix with 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
4.Stir in the orange juice and Greek yogurt and chill in the refrigerator until slightly firm.
5.When the first layer is firm, arrange the sliced bananas over the top.
6.Pour the second layer over the bananas and chill until firm.
7.To serve, loosen the edges with a knife and invert onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with the toasted chopped walnuts.
