Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat.
2.Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
3.Stir in tomatoes, celery, salt, cayenne pepper, and bay leaf.
4.Add wine and bring to a boil.
5.Add water and fish, clam, mussels, crab, scallops, shrimp, and squid.
6.Bring to a boil again and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until fish is cooked through and seafood has opened.
7.Ladle into bowls and serve immediately.
