2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
1 package feta cheese , crumbled
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven at 375 degree F.
2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
3.Add in the onion and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.
4.Add the sliced zucchini, 3 teaspoons of Greek seasoning, and cook until the zucchini softens.
5.Grease a 9-inch square baking dish and add the beef mixture to the bottom.
6.Spread the tomato sauce on top of the beef mixture.
7.On top of the tomato sauce layer, spread the mashed potatoes evenly.
8.Sprinkle with the remaining Greek seasoning, crumbled feta cheese over the mashed potatoes, and grated lemon rind.
