1 cup sifted flour

Instructions

6.In a blender, whisk the eggs, one at a time, into the dough.
7.Using a tablespoon, drop the dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
8.Remove the doughnuts from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
9.In a separate saucepan, mix the sugar, water, and lemon juice, and bring to a boil.
10.Dip each doughnut in the lemon syrup.
11.Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the doughnuts (optional).
