Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic ( make certain garlic is very finely minced )

seasoning salt ( to taste ) or white salt ( to taste )

4 -8 slices fresh lemon ( thin slices )

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2.Cut 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminium foil measuring about 12 inches wide.
3.Place one chicken breast in center of each foil.
4.Mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, seasoning salt or white salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
5.Brush each chicken breast with olive oil mixture, coating both sides.
6.Place 1 or 2 slices of lemon on top of each chicken breast.
7.Divide diced potatoes evenly and sprinkle on top of the chicken and next to it.
8.Sprinkle 2 tablespoons feta cheese over each serving of potatoes.
9.Bring up sides of each foil packet and double-fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
10.Place packets on grill, cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
11.Open packets carefully, allowing steam to escape.
