Ingredients

8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic ( or to taste )
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons dried oregano
seasoning salt ( I use about 1/2 teaspoon , or use white salt )
pepper
12 ounces crumbled feta cheese ( can use a little more )
1 large egg
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
16 sheets phyllo dough
1 cup melted butter ( no subs ! )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, white wine, olive oil, garlic, bay leaves, oregano, seasoning salt, and pepper. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together the feta cheese, egg, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
4.Lay 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface and brush it with melted butter. Repeat layering with 7 more sheets of phyllo, brushing each layer with melted butter.
5.Cut the phyllo stack in half lengthwise. Spoon 1/8 of the chicken mixture onto one end of each phyllo stack and roll up, tucking in the sides like a burrito.
6.Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and chicken mixture.
7.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
8.Serve hot and enjoy!
