Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 can artichoke hearts in brine ( reserve liquid )
2 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 lb penne pasta
4 ounces feta cheese , crumbles

Instructions

8.Return chicken to skillet, cover with a lid, and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
9.Add crumbled feta cheese to the skillet and stir until cheese is melted.
10.Serve the chicken artichoke mixture over cooked penne pasta. Enjoy!
