1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded

1 egg
lasagna noodle ( cooked )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
3.Stir in the tomato sauce to the beef mixture and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4.Mix ricotta cheese, half cup onions, garlic salt, spinach, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and egg in a separate bowl.
5.Spread a layer of the beef mixture in a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the beef. Spread the cheese mixture over the noodles. Repeat with another layer of beef, noodles, and cheese until all ingredients are used up.
6.Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 25 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
