Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large bowl, beat the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy.
3.Add eggs and vanilla and beat until mixed well.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5.Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in portions and mix until a dough forms.
6.Fold in the chocolate chips.
7.Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
8.Use a cookie scoop to form 1.5 inch balls of cookie dough and place them 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
9.Bake for 10-12 minutes.
10.Remove from the oven and let cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cool further on a wire rack.
