3 lbs potatoes
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
2 garlic cloves

dried herbs ( this is your choice )
salt & pepper
2 cups gruyere cheese , shredded ( you can substitute Swiss )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Peel and slice potatoes thinly.

4.Cook for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
