Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 lb red seedless grapes
4 ounces Stilton cheese , crumbled or 4 ounces blue cheese ( any good quality )
1 cup walnuts
1 egg , beaten
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F.
2.In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, salt and mix well.
3.Add olive oil and water, and mix until combined.
4.Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes in a warm place.
5.Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, then transfer the dough onto the sheet. Press the dough into a rectangle about half inch thick.
6.Add grapes, crushed walnuts, cheese and press them slightly with your fingers.
7.Brush the top of the focaccia with beaten egg.
8.Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
9.Let it cool for some time and serve warm or at room temperature.
