1/2 cup confectioners ' sugar | |
1 egg yolk | |
1/4 teaspoon salt | |
2 1/4 cups flour |
1. | Preheat oven to 325°F |
2. | In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy |
3. | Beat in egg yolk and salt |
4. | Gradually add in flour, mixing until dough comes together |
5. | Press dough evenly into a greased 9-inch baking pan |
6. | Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly golden |
