2 cans red kidney beans
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt ( approx . 2 1/2 tsp . )
pepper
1 package spaghetti
chow mein noodles ( seriously ! )
