Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
2.Add the buttermilk and stir until a dough forms.

4.Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet or in a cast-iron skillet covered with parchment paper.
