Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
2.Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add in egg, sour cream, potato water, and milk. Mix until dough forms.
3.Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth, then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4.Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut into circles. Add your favorite perogie filling and seal the edges.
