Ingredients

24 ounces sweet potato starch vermicelli
3 bunches spinach
1 bag carrots , julienned
2 onions , julienned
1 carton button mushrooms , sliced and stems left on
6 shiitake mushrooms , sliced
1/2 red bell pepper , julienned
6 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
salt and pepper ( to taste )
sesame oil ( to taste )

Instructions

8.Add the boiled and drained vermicelli and spinach, stir-fry for another minute.
9.Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the fried mixture.
10.Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined.
