3 lbs grapes
7 cups sugar
1/2 bottle Certo
Grandma's Grape Jelly is a delicious and straightforward homemade recipe that is perfect for any time of the year. It is an excellent way to take advantage of fresh grapes' season or to use frozen grapes to make a sweet treat that can be enjoyed on toast, biscuits or paired with cheeses. Instructions

1.Rinse the grapes and remove any stems or bad grapes.
2.Add the grapes to a large pot and use a potato masher or wooden spoon to mash them.
3.Cook the grapes over medium-high heat until they come to a boil, stirring frequently.
4.Reduce the heat and simmer the grapes for 10 minutes.
5.Strain the grapes through a cheesecloth or jelly bag into a large bowl, pressing the grapes to extract as much juice as possible.
6.Measure the grape juice and add it back to the pot, along with an equal amount of sugar.
7.Bring the juice and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
8.Add the Certo to the pot, stir for about a minute and remove from heat.
9.Skim off and remove any foam with a spoon.
10.Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and let them cool, and then store them in the fridge.
