3/4 cup raisins , approx ( soak in warm water to plump then drain )
1/2 cup chopped walnuts , approx ( or almonds )
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup butter
4 -5 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
