Instructions

1.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the hamburger, garlic, and onion until the hamburger is fully cooked through.
2.Add the diced potatoes and tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
3.Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.
4.While the taco mixture is simmering, heat up the corn tortillas in a separate pan with a small amount of oil, flipping them over until they are warm and pliable.
