1 lb candied red cherries
1 lb candied green cherries
1 lb candied citron peel
12 medium egg whites

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 275° F (130°C).

8.Gently fold egg whites into the fruitcake batter, blending thoroughly.
9.Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
10.Bake for 4 hours. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
