1 onion , finely chopped

3 1/2 ounces boiled potatoes , riced ( leftover ones are perfect for this )
14 ounces shrimp , chopped ( the cheaper tiny ones are perfect for this )
salt , to taste
white pepper , to taste
1 pinch nutmeg
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped dill weed
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 eggs , beaten
oil or shortening ( for deep frying )

Instructions
