Instructions

1.Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat.
2.Add minced onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
3.Add orange juice, cider vinegar, and fresh lemon juice.
4.Add lemon slices, real maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, red pepper flakes, ground cumin, and paprika. Stir well.
5.Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low.
6.Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7.Remove from heat and let cool.
8.Puree in blender or food processor if desired.
